This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Coast2Coast MSP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses mobile phone numbers and related information in connection with our text-message notifications. It supplements our general privacy practices.

When you request text notifications from us – for example, when you open or update a support ticket and select SMS as a notification method – we collect your mobile phone number and your name, and associate them with your support requests.

How we use it

We use your mobile number only to send the text notifications you asked for: updates about your support tickets, service and appointment notifications, and related account and customer-care messages. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
